What counts as an AI run?
An AI run is counted whenever you submit an Excel or CSV file to be processed, sorted, or cleaned by our Google Gemini-powered engine. This includes actions such as automated header detection, fuzzy duplicate removal, geo-enrichment of address fields, and semantic sorting of row values.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. All subscriptions are handled securely through PayPro Global, our trusted global merchant. You can cancel your subscription, upgrade, or downgrade your tier directly from your billing portal under "Manage Subscription" at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Is there a limit on file size or row counts?
The Free plan has a limit of 500 rows per file. The Mid (Prosumer) plan increases this limit to 5,000 rows per file, while the Pro (Enterprise) plan offers unlimited row limits for extremely large datasets. If you have files larger than 100,000 rows, we recommend the Pro tier for optimal concurrent processing speeds.
Why does the Mid tier have 1 concurrent job?
To ensure high availability and fair speed for all users, the Mid tier processes one uploaded spreadsheet at a time. The Pro tier upgrades this to 5 concurrent jobs, meaning you can upload and clean up to five distinct Excel or CSV spreadsheets simultaneously without waiting.
How does the 20-minute rate limit work on the Free plan?
On the Free plan, you receive 5 AI runs and 5 data manipulation actions. Once these are consumed, the limits reset automatically exactly 20 minutes from your first run. Upgrade to Mid or Pro to enjoy completely unlimited runs and bypass all time-based restrictions.
