1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DataSort, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

DataSort provides an AI powered tool for organizing, sorting, and cleaning spreadsheet data, including Excel and CSV files. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

5. Affiliate Partner Network

Participation in the DataSort Affiliate Partner Network is evaluated on an ongoing basis. Affiliates must comply with all promotional guidelines. You agree not to engage in deceptive marketing, spam, unauthorized coupon code distribution, or bidding on DataSort brand keywords in paid search advertising. We reserve the right to terminate your partner status and void commissions if fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant marketing activity is detected. All tracking calculations and payouts are distributed independently via PayPro Global, and you must also adhere to their independent Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DataSort, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
